During my treatment presentation the treatment recommendations are explained to me well that I understand why it needs to be done, they gave me options, no pressure, different payment options was presented too which I really like. About Hygienist: I will give Ana 4 stars, she was very helpful explaining to me the importance of good hygiene by flossing and brushing my teeth everyday, very gentle will always asked if I'm ok, if she thinks I'm not ok she will stop and will give me a break, my gums used to bleed every time I brush my teeth since then I'm ok and I gums are getting better.
