About Front Desk: Lili at the front desk is not personable. This office did not advise me that they no longer took my daughter's insurance and proceeded with the dental procedure then charged me $250.00 for the procedure! I was told after the procedure was completed that I would have to pay because they no longer accepted my insurance. I was taken aback and paid the $250.00 because I always pay my bills but after I got home and the more I thought about it the more I realized I was treated unfairly so I contacted them to try and rectify the situation but they ignored me. I contacted my credit card company knowing it was a long shot that they would reverse the charge since I did authorize it but was appalled when Dr. Galeano sent a response letter stating that I was told about the cost prior to the procedure which is a lie. Either she lied or she does not know all of the facts which is possible since the only person I dealt with is Lili in her office. I take this as a lesson learned. This office is all about the money!!!
