Charged for invisaline but ended up with regular braces and job not well done. All for something that I really only needed a retainer for!!!! Poor listening skills, did everything I specifically asked him NOT to. Said it mattered what I wanted but in the end took it very personally when I mentioned I wasn't happy with something and took it out on my teeth. Had to have a root canal as a result, had to go back to have a broken permanent retainer taken off that they put on- was told beforehand that I would not be charged, and then they refused to honor it and the man who dealt with me treated me quite rudely. They admitted the lady over the phone told me that but said I still needed to pay, and if I didn't they would bill me and it would go on my credit if I didn't pay them! Had to go somewhere else and have more work done to fix what they did wrong. Overcharged and very poor customer service from ortho and billing! I've worked in customer service and marketing for years so I do have some experience here. A nice looking office unfortunately does not make a great orthodontist. Beware.
