Falsely stated they took my insurance, had to pay full price they reimbursed 1/5 of the cost by my insurance. Cap fell off and they wanted me to pay again for cementing plus x-rays and more. Cannot imagine what he would charge for all that. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
