The office staff is completely incompetent! They are also rude and unaccommodating. I have a great fear of the dentist, so when I find a good one I will stay forever. I drove five and a half hours from NY to see my last dentist. Unfortunately, Dr. Moody retired this past year so I decided to try this office. Dr. Adly himself is a great dentist, which is a big compliment from someone who does not like the dentist. There is also a great hygienist and dental assistant. The front staff however messed up my scheduling on two occasions and showed no compassion on my three visits to their office. They were short and rude on the phone for scheduling and in person. I could not deal with the disorganization or discomfort I felt when calling or coming to this office. If new front desk staff was hired this would be a great dental office. I however have decided to go one floor down to Leading edge dental care.
