The work I had done turned out fine, but I had so many problems with the billing. I didn't receive a bill until over 7 months after the procedure and they overbilled me by more than $200. It was a headache dealing with the insurance company and the receptionists had no interest in offering any assistance. I also noticed that the dentist seemed to tell every single one of his patients that they were in need of a mouth guard--I noticed this with 4 other patients in the office while I was waiting, and another patient that she had heard him do the same. Hmm, maybe because mouth guards start at over $500 and insurance only covers part of the cost?
