Dr. Kaufman is my favorite dentist because he always thoroughly explains everything he is doing, not as if it is business as usual, but with compassion and understanding. The doctor understands that normal procedures might be a big deal to the patient, and he answered all of my questions. I am always seen promptly and treated well - and making appointments is not a hassle.
I am not sure of the costs compared to other dentists, both because I have been going to Dr. Kaufman for so long, and because I use insurance.
The facilities are definitely above average, but are functional, not fancy.
