Dr. Angela Lin performed periodontal (gum) surgery on several deep pocket areas and later added needed grafts to my lower front gum. She also did perio maintenance (deep cleaning). All procedures were expertly done in a cheerful, compenent manner. Surprisingly, I experienced no pain during and very little pain after these surgeries and other work.....Dr. Lin gave me pain Rx, but I did not need to use any. (However, that may just be me.) Dr. Lin is also a widely respected instructor at a leading dental school. She is a great dental surgeon and a pleasure to know. Only con: Dr. Lin is not on any insurance plan, but your out-of-network DPPO plan MAY partially cover the costs, which are high. Other dentists and dental staff in this office are great, too.
Front desk makes every effort to help and is cheerful, but is not perfect with insurance claims....be very clear on these before your dental work. All in all, great results and highly recommended. TG.
