Unbelievable rude unprofessional office. From the staff right up to the doctor. He stated at my first visit that I needed8 crowns!! I should of walked out then. On the first set of two he actually allowed his assistant to place the temp crowns in. This is illegal in NY ( l later found out)> She put so much glue in that my gums were raw, and also pushed the crown in so hard that I frractured my lower jaw. When the permenant arrived, the doctor tried to put it in and it was too big, his cure.... do a crown on the tooth above it but make it shorter so that the larger crown on the bottom will fit. NYS response to the file I sent in... Bad assistant, she got only a slap on the wrist. Nothing done with the doc, Plus he kept the insurance money and my crown. Now I have to wait five years to get the paid for while I walk around with a stump in my mouth. NYS sent him a collection letter but there is "nothing they can do", same with the insurance carrier.
