Dr. Lanza is a knowledgeable, friendly and painless dentist. He is flexible regarding payments in relation to your insurance coverage. The problem is he overbooks and the wait for service is exhausting. He only has hours between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM Mon. thru Thurs. There are no evening or weekend hours. Also very frustrating is the fact he does not have an answering machine.
