I have been taking myself, wife, and 8 year old daughter to Dr. Blair's office for a little over 3 years. Overall, the experience has been great. My daughter actually gets excited when going in for a visit. My wife was extremely shy about going to a new dentist when we moved to the Seattle area because she needed pretty serious work done and, quite frankly, is a baby when it comes to having medical procedures of ANY kind done. After she had 2 fillings, she basically decided Dr. Blair would be her dentist for life. He's extremely gentle and has a calming and soothing prensence. For myself, I haven't had to have any dental procedures other than cleanings and a curetage done. I always visit with the same dental hygienist when I go in (her name is Char), and she is just wonderful. The entire staff in Dr. Blair's office have always been kind and courteous, and they always smile. They maintain a healthly level of communication in regards to billing and insurance claims (via mail), as well as giving a single reminder by phone about 2 days before appointments. We no longer live in Bellevue, but with the service level and cost, we happily make the commute from Renton up to Dr. Blair's office in the Crossroads area of Bellevue.
