Don't bother with this place. I registered with them 3 years ago and sat in their waiting room for 1.5 hours until they called me in for a consultation. I didn't come back there after that. My husband saw their commerical on t.v. and he said to give them another try. I did and I was still disappointed and mad. I am waiting for my work to be done and then I will find another place. Really...don't bother with this place. If you must know this place, here is what I noticed about this Glendale Dental Arts:
THEY WILL...
1) not greet you when you come in.
2) have you wait in the lobby at least 45-60 minutes (even with an appointment).
3) not pay for your parking. No parking for this facility.
All patients will meet Eva. Eva is not customer-friendly. She will review your payment options. She looks at you through her stern mean grandma glasses. She talks sloppy and will continue looking at you with pity.
You will never meet Dr. Gazarian. I came there to have worked done with him and they assigned me to 3 different dentists for the same job. One of them (Sarkis) forgot to give me anesthitia and pulled out my tooth. OUCH! Not family oriented! They asked to keep my 2 family members at home. Don't bother!
