I have been going to the same dentist for 14 years. I was very reluctant to change but my old dentist didn't take my insurance and recently moved offices to an inconvenient location.
My first experience with Dr. Chan and his staff was outstanding. They were extremely organized, had top-notch equipment, were very communicative and took my insurance! They gave me a treatment plan and didn't push anything on me. Dr. Chan followed-up my initial visit with a phone call to make sure I didn't have any questions and that his staff treated me with respect and care. I was very impressed.
