Very dissapointed in customer service. I called the office on Friday stating I had a very short time in the US and wanted a cleaning. The answering service booked me for 12:00 noon Monday--great service and I planned my day and week around this. I was contacted Monday morning by the office saying that they did NOT in fact have a available appointment for a cleaning at that time and could not see me until Thursday--not posssible for me (as I told the person who originally took the call). I then asked for a referral for a dentist who could see me on short notice and was told to "look in the phone book" POOR SERVICE for a prior customer in the US only for a few days. :-(
