They have the worst appointment service. They cancelled my appointments many times and I had to wait for weeks to get a new one, since the doctor comes in once a week. I had an appointment last week. I was there on time. I waited for half an hour, and the girl didn't even bother to tell me that my dentist will be late for 2 hrs. When I asked her why you didn't call me earlier, so I could have changed my schedule, she said "I am going to call all patients!!!!"
It seems they dont care about patients.
You need to find another orthodontist. I had the worst experience with him. He's not organized. He lost couple of my trays and gave me wrong trays which are based on numbers. He easily canceled appointments, didn't matter that people had appointments and schedules for months ahead. I wont recommend him to anyone.
