Dr. Hanson's father was my dentist when I was a child, but I moved to South Orange County. After seeing an HMO dentist near my home, I was told that a tooth needed to be extracted. I went to Dr. Hanson for a second opinion and he performed a simple filling to save the tooth. After continually seeking him for second opinions from different HMO dentists in S. Orange Co, I decided to just drive to Long Beach for my six month check ups and have not regretted that decision once. I am treated like family and look forward to my check ups. Dr. Hanson is honest and has fair pricing (I don't have insurance anymore). My highest recommendation.
About Hygienist: Dr. Hanson cleans my teeth. I have not used the hygienist yet.
