Dr. Hauss is great until you have a serious problem. He becomes a maniac, and his ego gets in the way. He is willing to leave you in pain. He gives to much authority to his hygienist and protects them when they are wrong. However, he will not give them enough days to provide insurance for them. Which causes their anger. He did not replace his office manager, putting double work on his assistant manager and dental assistance.

About Front Desk: She has to do double time. Works very hard. Needs her job so will go along with whatever DDS says.

About Hygienist: Some work very hard to earn a living. Going from one office to another two days a week. One hygienist should not be there.
