We used to go to this facility because we enjoyed the dentist and staff. We were VERY dissappointed when the office staff changed. They have poor customer service! Dr. Sparks was great! Dr. Sparks might have retired now. The other dentists in the office we did not care for. We had treatment from one, that was not sensitive to pain threshold of a patient. There are far better dentists in Long Beach! Choose another facility. Not this one!!!
