He runs his office out of a warehouse. Unclean and no utilities like water. Office was dirty and full of dog hair. He also has been turned into the Dental Board and Code enforcement for running an office out of a facility that is zoned industrial and also to OSHA as a hazardous work environment. Actual location of his office is 1901 Bundy Drive. I called the number and paid a visit to the location he has listed. No office there and the phone number rings to some girl's private cell number? Shady...

About Hygienist: Very dirty looking guy. Dirty hands in patients mouths and his dog poops all over the place and he never cleans it up. Dirty equipment too. Unsafe and unclean environment. No wonder he charges only 100 bucks!
