treatment was OK, but everything else was not. Chair side manners barely adequate. Lots of turnover with hygenists. The front office staff provides phone reminders but waits until just a few hours before the appointment to call even though they have 24 hour cancellation policy. Then they are quick to charge you for the entire appointment. They even said they don't feel it is their responsibility to remind patients of their appointments. It seems like they are sort of like those video rental stores--they would rather get cancellation fees than see the patients. They are also barely pleasant when you go in the office and not respectful of time schedules. Last, the doctor kept insisting that on additional treatments which another dentist had said could wait.
