Dr. Grutia is very personable. She is very good at what she does. I felt at ease in her care. I hate going to the dentist. It is like going to a house of torture but she makes it bearable and worth while. I did not like the reception area of the assistance from behind the desk. They need to learn customer service and learn how to read and understand the insurance matrix. There are several procedures that are covered under my plan that were charged that should not have been.
