this dentist commits insurance fraud on a daily basis- double-billing her patients insurance companies for one procedure. she insists on maxing out her patients yearly allowance for dental work, even when the work is not required. what's worse, she bills for procedures that were not even done, so she can make as much money as possible, legal or not. truely disgusting.
