I showed up today for an appointment made three weeks ago and was told I had to come up with $400. The reason given was that pre-approval had not been obtained from Blue Cross. When I was called to confirm the appointment this was not mentioned. My last cleaning was paid by insurance so they had reasonable expectations of being paid. I did not appreciate being shaken down for money. This was out of bounds! Poor customer service ... they apologized but still insisted on $200 or no service. What ASSHOLES!!!!!
