I have been Dr. Richardson's patient for more than 10 years. He is one of the best doctors (dentists) I know (and I know a few bad dentists). Always friendly and professional. Not obsessed with money, as many other dentist seem to be. On several occasions, I had dental emergencies during weekends (holidays) and in every case he came to the office just to treat me. Dr. Richardson always explains the options available to the patients, as well as what he does and why. He does quality work, I just wish that he used white fillings instead of metallic (as they do in Europe these days). Office staff is pleasant to deal with. I never had issues with billing or paperwork. Not sure about rates, but I think they are reasonable (maybe not the cheapest, but definitely not the highest). Highly recommended.
