Pain:
This dentist began drilling my tooth before it was numb. I winced with pain when he started drilling, he then stopped for less then a minute and began drilling again. Again he caused me intense pain, I asked him when the novacaine would take effect, he said nothing, shot my gum again and continued drilling.
Chair side manners:
After causing me pain, there was no apology, and no concern whatsoever and when I began crying from sheer stress and anxiety, he simply left the room and let someone else take over.
Front desk:
Thier explanation for this behavior was that this was the way he is, he doesn't talk alot. If thats truly the case, then seek another dentist, because most people at least know when to apologize.
