Everyone in the office is like family. They always remember you and the conversations that you had during your last visit. They even asked my husband (right after we got married), to come back with our wedding pictures so that they could see them. Don't get me wrong..., they are very personable and take an interest in their patients, however, their work is no-nonsense, straight-up, the best you will find! You can trust whatever they recommend, and are sure to get the best dental care and results, EVER! They are absolutely professional! The care is very gentle, and they take extra steps to make sure that you are comfortable. There are two doctor's in this office. DR. Woo was my original doctor (and I love her), however, DR. Balcom has seen me on occasion as well. I can see why the two teamed up; they are both fantastic. Please take my recommendation and see them first!
