My general dentist informed me that I needed to see an endodontist for a second root canal treatment. The staff was friendly and I was quickly seated and x-rayed. Dr. Wong came in to explain the treatment options and answer all my questions before I decided to go ahead.
Dr. Wong and her assistant then efficiently preped me, adminstered the local anesthetic, and made sure I was comfy. After about 10 minutes into the procedure she raised me back up in the chair and informed me that my tooth was cracked (under my crown) and would need to be extracted.
However, what impressed me the most was the way she took the time to confer with my general dentist. She fully explained the situation, sent him the x-rays, typed an overview of her findings, and gave me copy of the x-rays. Very professional and only a minimal charge
If I ever need another root canal done, I'll be going back to Dr. Wong.
