My wife and I were patients of Glenn Lee's for 30 years. Four years ago we moved to another state. We both miss him! He has always shown the greatest concern for our comfort (my wife was raised in a family that feared dentists!) and willingly discussed any of our concerns about costs. (I can't really compare his prices to others because we never compared).
Even though we came in for just a periodic cleaning by a hygienist, he always spent time with us. He was interested in our opinions and we always felt valued by him (but he never made much money off us--we're both blessed with good genes!)
His staff was always polite and helpful and rarely changed--clearly a good guy to work for. It was always apparent that he was well-liked and respected by his staff.
One time I phoned his office a day after I'd had a tooth filled to report that my jaw was still numb from the anesthetic. Within minutes he (personally) phoned me back, explaining that he'd probably directly hit a nerve with the needle, and to call again if it didn't clear up in another two days (it did). And then he again phoned me to make sure it was OK.
In the past 4 years I've seen two dentists here--both have admired his work!
