I visited Dr. Luu after not having seen a dentist in over a decade.
From the initial conversation with his office staff via telephone to the "taking care of the bill" after the treatment was complete, I found this dentist, his facilities and his staff to be extremely satisfactory, I couldn't have asked for more.
His office is clean and quiet, the staff friendly and helpful.
The treatment room included a camera equipped instrument so I could see on a tv screen above me just what my mouth looked like up close inside before and after the cleaning.
His assistant took x-rays and the process was quick and painless.
The cleaning they did was also painless., & as previously mentioned the camera device allowed me to see the "before & after" & what a huge difference the cleaning had made.
Dr. Luu also removed a tooth that had been loose for quite some time, I can attest to the fact that w/ the pre-numbing of my gums prior to the injection to really numb the area, the procedure was painless & a great relief!
The cost of x-rays, cleaning & initial exam was extremely affordable. I actually asked the person I spoke to on the phone to confirm it 3x as I'd called around & couldn't believe the difference in his price vs. all others I'd got.
