My three children have been going to Dr. Mai for over 10 years and the experience has always been pleasant. He still has there childhood photo in his folder and they get a kick out of that. I will continue to go to Dr. Mai until he moves too far for me to travel or until he retires. Dr. Mai has always been very professional. I have referred many friends to see Dr. Mai and only got back one negative review from a girlfriend;Carol was having x-rays done by the tech and the tech was moving the light around then sticking her hands in Carols mouth and she thought that was very unsanitary so she refused to go back! My only advise would be to sanitize the overhead grab light after each client use in front of them or after each use and for goodness sake Dr. Mai could already be doing this!!! I have always liked Dr. Mai and I need to go more often besides a SMILE IS A WONDERFUL WARM FEELING! THANK YOU DR. MAI FOR YOUR YEARS OF DEDICATION TO MY FAMILY AND TO OUR COMMUNITY!
