Ok, so I was a little late for my appointment. But the staff in the office really laid on the guilt trip. I understand that they need to keep things moving, but there's no reason to make someone feel bad. It seemed to continue throughout the appointment, because the novacaine didn't take and it took a long time to get my mouth numb. Is this really my fault? I'm already nervous as it is, going to the dentist. Dr. Douglas herself is nice, and I'm sure very qualified. But the staff needs to learn a thing or two about customer service.
