These folks are more interested about their bottom line profits that anything else. I had some work done, and with cost being a big factor, in inquired to know exactly what the procedures would cost me. Their billing department gave me a verbal quote and offered to do the work for an agreed upon sum. After the work was completed and they were paid, I received an additional invoice for another $600. When contacting them to attempt to resolve the dispute they were very unhelpful. I asked to speak with the dentist and was refused. Instead, they sent me a certified letter threatening to send me to collection a week after I called about the erroneous invoice without ever providing me an opportunity to speak with the Dentist.
