He allows his assistants to do too much of the work, and it's not great. I think I saw him once in a two hour appointment for about 10 minutes while he drilled my mouth. Nice enough guy, but needs to be more present and not hand off duties to hygienists, etc. As far as i know, they don't have the DDS after their names. Front desk lady has an attitude, is evasive when asked something, and comes up with answers to questions you didn't ask. They also have an issue with giving novacaine. They are really stingy with it, even with patients in pain. I literally had to tell them - the assistant - to stop because of pain. She tried to convince me it wasn't pain; it was cold air. What??
The other dentist (a woman, i forget her name) in that office is nice and SEEMS pretty attentive.
