Did not disclose intially how much amount the paitient is responsible for? After the treatment is done they bill paitient a huge amount. I asked for the amount i would owe if i got my cosmetic fillings done they told me 35 dollars /filling and then they billed me for 125 $/filling after insurance covered 136$/filling. Please do not go to this doctor or any doctors working in this facility.
