I do not have problem teeth--never had a cavity, and I am nearly 40, so I have mostly just been for cleanings. Dr. Horwitz, his partner Dr. Prewitt (not sure if I am spelling that right), the hygenists and staff could not be nicer. And one small problem I did have--which was plaque build-up--they did help me solve by recommending dry brushing. Now it took a couple of years, getting a lot of lectures from them, and a lot of trial and error with electric toothbrushes, etc. before a substitute hygenist made this recommendation that did the trick....It is the only dentist's office I ever went to that plays videos and TV during the cleaning, which made me laugh at first coming as a tough gal from NYC, but I have come to like the tropical fish, CNN and what not that they show.
