There are not enough Victor Negrete's in the world- he is smart, funny, caring, good and so cheap compared to the going rate- and he has a heart - a big one - his staff is incredibly nice and give me all this rather than some money machine place that are all over the place- he tries to help and save things- not sell you stuff you don't need-
