Dr. Higgins stand out as an exceptional dentist. His work has been beyond my expectations, and I am picky. If you want the very best treatment available, I thing he is unbeatable. I think he really takes pride in doing excellent work, and that he really likes what he does. The drawback to all of this can be summed up in one word: EXPENSIVE. That includes adding (legitimate)billing codes that the insurance company have never herd of, and that of course are covered at 0%.
So if you want perfection, and can pay for it, Dr. Higgins is your doctor.
