Where should I begin, first I checked their website, not only were there misspellings, it does not even look completed. When I called to make an appointment the front assistant, was very rude. DO NOT forget I was a new patient, she had asked if I was going to use any insurance, and I explained to her that my husband had all the information that I would need to call her back to give her, and she just began to say that if I do not provide her with my insurance information I would have to pay out of pocket. A couple of hours later the office called me back to reschedule my appointment because the doctor had an emergency, so I agreed it happens people have emergencies, but when they call me a couple days later to re-schedule for the second time it bothered me, my husband just told me to cancel my appointment and go some place else. In which I should of listened. I go to my first appointment, and the young lady I believe her name was Leslie she was very rude, she would roll her eyes at me when I would ask a question about what my coverage. instead of taking her time and explain things to me she said you can call your insurance if you have questions, by then I was irritated. About Hygienist: was having sensitivity to very cold beverages, she said it would go away. As I met the hygienist, a red haired older lady she was very sweet and talkative, but as I am sitting in the chair I heard the doctor yelling at her employees, I could not believe how horrible some one can treat others. As I am getting ready to leave, I waited about 20 minutes to make another apointment to get my filling, the young lady was being so rude still because I needed a specific time to be seen, so I asked to speak to the manager in which she implied she was the manager. Weeks later I had my filling done and I kept having sensitivity to my tooth, I would call to see if I can be seen and all the staff would say is that the sensitivity would go away, and it did not. I went to see another Dentist, he was great, he said I had needed a Root canal and a crown and NOT a filling. They expect me to pay my co-pay of a filling, in which I will not be paying, she needs to diagnose correctly. I should have read the other reviews before even making an appointment!!! People please do not go there, worst DENTIST ever. She needs to be closed down.
