I am not one to post negative comments about anyone, just take my business somewhere else. And, I really have no problem with Dr Reachi's skills as a dentist, they seem the same or better than other's I have visited. And her compassion and concern for patients is evident. I have never had a moment where I felt like I did not matter. But I have seen on two separate occasions her cruel treatment of her staff. These ladies in response are never unruffled or upset by her treatment of them. One staff member was asked a question about my former treatment and was looking through my chart, only to have Dr Reachi snatch it away and still not find the answer she was looking for. As I watched the whole incident take place, the employee just smiled and looked away embarrassed. On a separate occasion, with a different employee a similiar emabarrasing situation took place. Makes me wonder about her managing skills as most of these employees have been there for many, many years, some before Dr. Reachi arrived. Just some things to consider...........
