Dr. Krause did the entire cleaning himself, which was a nice change from a hygienist, but my teeth did not come out clean and he took FOREVER (some people may find him to be thorough, though.) In addition, he was condescending to his staff which made things awkward.
When I had a billing question I called him, and he got so upset that he hung up on me. Not very professional...
I typically don't mind going to the dentist, but this was the most painful dental experience I've had, physically and mentally.
