Dr. Mangrum herself was very nice, but her office staff is terrible. I could barely understand the person who answered the phone, they didn't cancel my appointment when I called in and then tried to charge me for it. Very rude and attacking. Overall I found that her services were more expensive than any other dentist I have been too and will not be going back. Luckily I realized this before I had anything morethan a cleaning done. I would never refer anyone to this office!
