About Front Desk: Kim Young took information from my file and opened a $5,000 loan with a $9,000 limit in December 2007. stating this is my out of pocket money. NEVER called my insurance co to get authorization for any of the work done on me. Regina Sevely lied to Chase Health Finance stating Delta Dental NEVER paid them, and that's why this office kept the loan money and refused to give it back to me. Requested these funds be returned to me in writing 18 times in 7 months time. They did not answer my request. I wanted Dr. Greedy suspended for life. He LIED and continues to lies. The Dental Board and Asst. Deputy Attorney General in S.F. believed me.
