After months of pain and infection from a failed root canal
which had led to a quick-and-dirty emergency extraction,
I was referred by another oral surgeon to Dr. Dal Santo,
who is both a medical doctor and an oral surgeon.
What I liked best was the sense that he was fully willing to
take on this difficult situation that had gone from bad to
worse over the previous three months. He made me feel
like we were a team; when he successfully located the
offending 4 mm. fragment left from the extraction, he said,
"Eureka!" (gold-miner speak for "I found it!").
Finally for me, someone who cared and who had the skill
to resolve the extremely painful situation. A thorough
professional who obviously loves what he does.
