The front office staff in charge of insurance always complains about my insurance, and I have overheard a hygenist commenting on the "third world" state of a patient's mouth. Do they talk about me when I leave? Going to the dentist in NO ONE's favorite activity, but please take my insurance coverage without comment and treat everyone with respect and a professional attitude.
