10 years age I had a horrible tooth ache. I had a dentist but he didn't seem to care and I couldn't understand him. A friend referred me to her dentist, Dr. Kratochvil. I called his office and was seen that very same day. At first I thought that they must be over crowded to get me in on a short notice, but to my surprise they were very friendly and made my feel as if I've been a long time patient. My appointment was very private and the Dr. was very helpful. He not only told me of my problem but he actually gave me options and explained everything step by step, I felt so comfortable with him and his staff that I still continue to see him and so does my entier family including friends. Seeing him on a regular basis I now look forward to my appointments from 30 min to an hr at the most no waitting time :) He's always on time nevar runs into my time.
