I have an incredible fear of dentists, being a product of lousy 1960's childhood dentistry. Dr. Fukawa's staff is friendly and professional, but not patronizing. The office is clean and comfortable. Dr, Fukawa is gentle, informative and understanding. While there is nothing fun about a root canal, I would not hesitate having one done as long as Dr. Fukawa was the one performing it. I highly recommend him and his staff - without reservation. That's saying a lot from one who fears mouth pain more than anything! The absolute only drawback is that he is expensive and my insurance only covered 2/3 of the cost.
