After avoiding dentists for fifteen years, I was scared to seek some long overdue dental treatment. I called Dr. Pope's office after finding them on google as an office willing to help patients overcome their fear of dentists. They lived up to their promises! Dr. Pope and his entire staff were wonderful! They made me feel so comfortable and treated me with such respect!
I was so impressed, I scheduled a visit for my eight year old son. He was previously being seen by a pediatric dentist in the Concord area and I had been reluctant to switch him because I felt a dentist who specialized in children might be better equipped to deal with my son's unique dental needs. However, some things my son said left me feeling uneasy with the pediatric dentist.
My son received excellent care from Dr. Pope and from his hygienist Jeanne. They took his concerns seriously and were able to find the source of his pain which was previously ignored by the pediatric dentist. His cleanings and dental treatment were his best dental experiences to date.
We've since moved out of state and I have yet to find a dental office who compares to Dr. Pope and his staff. They are professional, do great work, and treat patients well.
