A pleasure, well, as pleasant as a root canal can be. Patient, kind, explained everything first, answered all my questions without scolding me (previous endodontist yelled at me and tore up my list of questions at our very first meeting because "who are you to question a professional?" ) By the way, who I was included a patient who needed a root canal due to another dental procedure gone wrong. So I had plenty of questions. His office took care of all paperwork and insurance issues and just told me what to pay. The facility was great, a nifty little old barn or house with some character that made staring at the walls and out the window for 3 hours less terrible. A charming professional that I would hope to meet with again, only not because I need another root canal. I have recommended him to friends who need the same procedure.
