The office staff's follow through is aweful. The doctor is compitent & a pleasure to be with. It took over a year to get everything done, due to their disorganization. The staff is very nice & the facility is clean but their paperwork & returned phone calls are horrible. On my crown, I got the temporary, then was to get a call in about two weeks when the real one came in. It has been 2 months. No call. I also asked them for a letter for "medical necessity" to provide to my insurance. It has been 6 months, no letter. I follow up and they are sweet and say it will get done. It does not. Going to change dentists as soon as my crown is done. Office staff follow through is beyond terrible.
