About Front Desk: Although Dr. Schulman is a great dentist, his front desk staff misled me into believing that they accepted my husbands insurance. We were told that due to the insurance company being a slow payer we would have to pay up front and be reimbursed by insurance. Only after having our claim denied by insurance did the office tell us that they didn't accept our HMO plan, after I clearly told them what plan we had and gave them the insurance card. Very disappointed to say the least. We will be going to an office who is up front about our benefits from now on.
